Proposal:

Weight of wallet in network to incentivize certain characteristics like spending and importance of person to economy. Anaytics can be drawn on edges of neural net to decide how to include and expand spending behaviourw with incentivisation.

Importance of entity to network: Importance of an entity to network can be gauged by assessing the edge of a spending graph of each person.

Importance of information stored on network: Based on the number of queries made to view the metadata of a certain transaction allows us to determine its importance to the network.

Example: - People on the bitcoin network with more spending levels or spending in specific areas can be incentivised by the network.
